House has all new steel appliances, gas range, in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, central heat and A/C, large fully fenced yard with garden beds, cute front yard with porch and fence, large storage shed, off-street parking possible, overhead lighting with ceiling fans, walking distance to downtown and SMART train, Tenants pay all utilities (PG&E, water/sewer, trash, internet renter’s insurance). House is furnished but room is unfurnished.

We are two quiet young professionals who work 9-5 jobs. We are very very friendly, like to be outdoors, watch movies, and cook/bake. We’re looking for another clean, quiet roommate to join our house :)
