Jasper's room

2 graduate students are seeking a third housemate. The townhouse is a 5 minute drive from Montana State’s campus, or a 10-15 minute bike ride away. We are located close to downtown, to the mall, to a grocery store, and a park. The room is about average sized and includes a closet and 2 large windows. The townhouse was built in 2022 and includes a garage, a large kitchen, and a common yard. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly, must be okay with cats. I have one, but we can’t accept other cats or a dog. No smoking or vaping in or around the property, but we aren’t judgmental about tobacco or weed. The apartment comes open mid-July, but we can negotiate you moving and and starting to pay rent in August, so long as you are on the lease by the end of June.

I (male) just wrapped up my first year as a microbiology PhD student at MSU. I like to make block prints, bake, and have recently become a fan of collecting pokemon cards. The other graduate student (female) just finished her first year as a masters student at MSU. She’s fairly active, and is an avid skier. She also enjoys baking. We are looking for a respectful, clean-ish person to share the house with.
