I’m looking for a roommate to share my beautiful two-bedroom flat. The bedroom gets lots of sunlight all day long and has a cozy fireplace and a window seat that’s perfect for reading. The 2-unit building has a shared backyard with a fire pit and space for some gardening if you’re into that. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer and plenty of storage space.

The flat is located across the street from Golden Gate Park near the Conservatory of Flowers - perfect for an afternoon picnic. Haight Street, Nopa, and Clement are about a 15-minute walk away. If you need a longer stroll, Ocean Beach isn’t too hard to get to either. There are several bus lines around the corner. Just down the street, there’s a cute local grocery that doesn’t get too crowded, a flower shop that has sparkling wine on Fridays, and an amazing neighborhood Pilates Studio.

I’m in my early 40s and I work in fashion and develop denim fabric. On weekends I like to get out and go for walks (with my adorable 16lb pup), enjoy beach time, take a dance class, or hang with friends.
