~2300sf, 4 bdrm single story house. Walking/biking distance to UF. About 15min drive to Santa Fe. 2ea. Master Bdrms, 1 of which has its own outside entrance. Rooms 3. & 4 share a bathroom. 1 of these rooms is furnished w/ queen bed, dresser and desk. Depending on need, Bdrm #4 (shared bthrm) could be made available. Monthly rent per room varies depending on which room and if you want/need furnished or not. Happy to discuss your needs and expectations.

Thus far, 1 roomie is recent UF grad, currently working and studying for next chapter in his life. Looking for respectful and responsible M/F roomies, Non-smoker, no drugs!! Prefer no kitchen slobs; been there done that, not much fun. Utilities to be spit evenly by # of roommates. At 4, monthly utilities average ~$100/month.
