Looking for 2 FEMALE roommates to sign on a lease with me at Tivolio Orlando Apartments. Planning on leasing at the end of July. There is one more apartment available left so trying to sign lease asap. It is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom. Each person will have a walk in closet and their own bathroom. Apartment does come with washer and dryer as well. This is also unfurnished. The apartment complex is 3 minutes away from UCF. I am a UCF student so students are welcomed. Rent will be $777 including water. Electric and internet will be separate and split amongst us three. Security deposit is $400. If you are interested please don’t be afraid to reach out. You must be CLEAN, responsible, and must be able to respect each other boundaries. Also must have source of income preferably fulltime but will accept part time.

I am a student at UCF who is currently studying kinesiology. I am a follower of Christ and I am open to everybody. I love to listen to music and watch movies. I am mainly to myself and most of the time I am quiet. I am homebody and love to stay home and cook. I am very clean and organized.
