I am Looking for someone to share 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Youngsville,the second room is already rented the third room is unfurnished very large with walkin closet you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person,we are both quiet clean and respectful and are looking for the same in a 3rd person. Large living area and kitchen w/d and wifi available utilities are included. Location is near restaurant and shopping centers we are responsible adults drama free and pretty much to ourselves with occasional short friendly hello conversation. Prefer no over night guest so we all feel safe and comfortable. Happy to answer any questions reach out if would like to set up time and day to meet and see the place in person. Me 40 something female I am home a good bit of the time,I do not have a regular 9to5, I own rental property so my schedule is flexible. 2nd room is rented to 30 something male nice guy clean and quiet,works Monday thru Friday and when home stays in his room to himself for the most part.
