Mark's room

Private Master Suite available on July 1st 2023. The room, closet, and bathroom is 256 square feet, in addition the common spaces are 1,007 square feet. It is located 13 minutes from Denver University and 22 minutes from University of Colorado-Denver as well as MSU making it a great location for students. There is a gym within the complex as well as multiple gyms in the area for around 10 dollars a month. Many restaurants are located nearby as well as Cherry Creek mall which is 5 minutes driving distance. I am open to both genders as well as couples moving in. I do have two cats for additional pets will be considered on a case to case basis. Room will come unfurnished and will be professionally cleaned when current tenant leaves.

I am a 19 year old male. I am currently employed at a local restaurant and looking into attending college in the next year. I young spending my time outdoors, with friends and family, but I also really enjoy quiet time alone.
