Chi's room

Note- This room available in March 2024. Private room with shared bathroom. Centrally located and close to shopping, restaurants, Dover attractions, hospital, and colleges (3 miles from DelTech, 2.5 miles from Delaware State University, 2.5 miles from Bayhealth Kent General Hospital).

*Ample parking for your car, but steps away from bus route if you prefer to travel that way. Also you can easily bike to various points of interest or colleges around Dover.

*Laundry onsite.

• Room comes fully furnished with bed, desk, desk-chair and accent chair.

• You will also have access to shared areas- Living room, kitchenette (with microwave, cooktop, keurig coffeemaker and fridge), laundry, patio, and garden, PLUS extra assigned storage in the laundry room

• Utilities and internet included in price.

One couple (live downstairs and have their bsthroom) and 3 students (live upstairs). Note that this room shares bathroom with 2 other students. We do have a different room that has a private bathroom- see our other listing
