Savanahn River Way

I currently live in Halston Park central near millenia mall and I would like to stay in this complex. I have a 3bedroom but will be downsizing to a 2bedroom 2 bath! Both of my current roomates are moving away but I can use them for reference :) we will be applying for & signing a new lease together in this complex, I do not currently have the 2 bed 2 bath yet I LOVE this apartment complex with all of its amenities and the location. Publix is just a 5-10 minute walk away along with a liquor store, little Caesars, wing stop, McDonald’s and a few other places. :) Universal is a 15 min drive, downtown is a 10 minute drive. We have about 5 pools, 2 gyms and a sports grill/bar in the community + a convenient store! The community is gated at all times and has security 24/7. About me: I’m 24 years old, I moved here from Arizona about 2 years ago! I love music festivals, camping, animals and food :) I am probably the best roomate you’ll ever have as I’m home 40% of the time and I clean up after myself, especially in common areas. I don’t bring many people over if ever. I’m 420 friendly and pretty open minded when it comes to substances as long as its not crossing a very fine line and/or causing a disturbance in my home :)
