There is 1 large central window on one wall with a smaller 2nd window on the other wall. Bedroom is currently being used to store some extra furniture - this will be stored in the garage in the next day or 2. Property is a condo with 3 stories. The room is located on the 3rd floor along with washer/dryer and my bedroom with its own bathroom; living room, kitchen, dining room are on the 2nd floor; garage takes up entire 1st floor. Parking is open and unassigned for the condo. There are wooden floors throughout the house with slate tile in the kitchen, bedrooms are carpeted, bathrooms have linoleum floors. House has Air Conditioning.

No Pets, Drugs, or Smoking inside the house allowed.

Location is Thornton with closest cross streets being 88th & Pearl St, 1 block from the RTD Park and Ride.

I am male, late 30s, hybrid WFH schedule. I am easy going and normally keep to myself. I spend about 1/2 my time at the house as I stay at my partner’s house also. I have 1 cat that you will almost NEVER see (she hides in my bedroom and avoids people - she doesn’t ever come around anyone other than myself).

Looking for a roommate who is clean, responsible, reliable, and mindful of respecting the house. As I have actual wooden floors (not laminate), I do take shoes off inside.
