Appling Drive

Hey, my name is Kyle and I am listing the master bedroom in my luxurious Mt. Pleasant Apartment.(Central Square at Watermark). The entire apartment is 1,420 sq. ft. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. The master bedroom is the full length of the floor plan with a very spacious room that can easily accommodated a king bed, dresser, chest, and nightstand. It also has an attached/private bath with a walk in shower and a bathtub along with a very spacious walk in closet. The apartment is not furnished, yet, as I am just moving here and waiting on my furniture to arrive. The apartment complex is absolutely gorgeous with a ton of amenities. The complex is very much like a neighborhood with a mix of apartments and houses that are built around a gorgeous pond right across the street from us. The 24 hour club house, pool, movie theater, and gym are within walking distance. Not to mention we are 5 minutes from Sullivans Island, 8 minutes from Isle of Palms, and only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. Can’t wait to hear from you!

I would be your only roommate, lol. I work Wednesday-Sunday 8am-7pm. I pretty much stay to myself and when I am home, which is very seldom due to my schedule. I am very easy going and laid back kind of guy, I try to always keep a positive vibe. I like to keep things clean and dishes out of the sink. Look forward to meeting you
