Dani's room

Hi everyone! I have a private bedroom and private bath looking to fill asap. The apartment is located in downtown Long Beach. 15 minutes from CSULB and 10 minutes from the beach. Rent is $1347.50 a month. Water is included in the utilities. Other utilities are estimated to be around about $140. Security Deposit is $1,000. Security deposit is required when signing lease. There is on site parking and a washer and dryer inside the unit. I have included a video of how it looked before I moved in and images of what it looks like now. You will have one roommate who is a working professional who is usually out. The lease ends 08/31 but there is an option to renew. ESA pets are okay.

There is one other roommate in the other room who is a working professional. You will not see her often as she is often out.
