South Fairfax Avenue

This building is new, we were the first to live in this unit last year. The room has its own small balcony, a large mirrored closet, and a large bathroom attached with a shower/tub, vanity sink, and plenty of space for a shelf, laundry baskets, etc. There is central air and heat. Landlord pays water, sewer, and trash. We are responsible for gas, electric, and internet which are usually ~100-130 per person each month.

Rachel works full time outside of the apartment and is rarely home, except to eat and sleep. Leigh also works full time outside of the apartment but enjoys relaxing in the common areas when she’s off.
