4th Avenue

Hi I am looking to fill the other two bedrooms in my 3/1 in Greenwood (South Slope). The larger room is 10’8“ x 12’. There is also a second smaller room measuring 10’5“ x 8’ with two really big windows. Both have really good closet space. The apartment has great light, living space is fully furnished, there’s a big balcony/patio (10’ x 9’), a dishwasher, central A/C, laundry in building, a big storage unit, and it’s only a few blocks from the R train. If you’d like I can furnish your room depending on the rent we decide. Also, you can see in one of the patio pics, my little dog Seamus is looking out the door. He’s an old guy (12 years) and really just lays around waiting for food.

I’m looking for someone who is more than anything easy to live with. I want to live somewhere fun and lively. I’d love for us to become friends, but just sharing common areas and nothing more could work too. I really appreciate open communication more than anything else. I think everybody can agree that being clean and considerate is a must. My ideal roommate(s) are fun, communicative, and having creativity would be a big plus! Also live your life, but no smoking inside the apartment (balcony is fine) and as long as I can’t smell drugs in the common area all the time, we’re good.

I’m still pretty new to the neighborhood, so I haven’t had a chance to explore just yet. The apartment is very close to the Prospect Ave Stop (R Train). It’s only 3 stops from Atlantic/Barclays, so it takes under an hour to get most places in Manhattan and Brooklyn. There is a cross-fit gym right next door, a dance studio and bagel/pizza place down the street. The Key Food on 5th is a really easy walk, so is the Home Depot on Hamilton Ave.
