It is a private bedroom and private bathroom, FULLY furnished apartment (you have everything you need, no need to buy any furniture) $35 FLAT rate for: water/wifi/garbage, in-unit washer/dryer, pet friendly! ($25-50month for pets) Lots of amenities: 24/7: pool/hot tub, bbq, pool table, skee ball, gym, frequent free food hosted from the leasing office, vending machines, QUIET STUDY ROOMS on every floor, own lock on your bedroom door, and parking (tandem or private parking). This is a 3 bedroom apartment, you will have the private bedroom/bathroom. The two other roommates share a room and bathroom: both UCD students, 1 is a 2nd year Animal Science major and the other is a 3rd year Chemical Engineering major. Both really really nice and fun to hang out with! They also keep to themselves and they are really good at sharing things and cleaning up.
