Manhattan Drive

Have own kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and room. So there is a ton of personal space. It’s fairly close to both campuses of CU. Downside is no dogs allowed but any other animal is fine with me. There’s a meadow with cows and llamas which is fun to see if you wanna go for a little walk. There is a parking spot with a cover which I’m willing to share. We split $2300 a month ($1150 each) but we also have to split the water, electricity, and wifi bill which is around another $100.

Right now it’s just me. I’m looking for another female student. I am a sophomore at CU. I like to stay in but I’m trying to break the habit. When school starts I’ll be busy but I tend to study at home since I have a study space which I’m willing to share. I would like to communicate in general and hopefully be friends.
