This is a LEASE TAKEOVER situation, due to family problems I need to leave and I need someone to take my place. The lease ends in early November and my current roomate will be staying, you will have the opportunity to renew the lease to a 3, 6, or 12 month. The property is Haw Creek Mews Townhomes, there is dog park, pool, garbage disposal, and on site laundry along with washer dryer hookup. You must make at least a little over 3,000 monthly with good credit to qualify on your own but co-signers are allowed.

My roommate who is staying is very clean and quiet. She’s caring and doesn’t have a problem sharing. She prefers female applicants 21 to 31 years old but might accept a really clean male applicant.
