Jacob's room

Hello. I am looking to rent a private room in my house in West Sacramento. It would be a private room downstairs with a bathroom right next to it. My girlfriend and I have our own bathroom, and our other roommate also has a bathroom upstairs but guest may end up using the downstairs bathroom if needed. Access to fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave and pantry space. We do have a TV in the living room.

I am a college student 26,M and I also work part time. My girlfriend 25 works full time as well as weekends. My roommate 23,M works part time and is also a college student. We are quiet and mostly keep to ourselves. Drinking and smoking is okay but nothing too crazy. We have two cats and are not currently looking to accept any more animals.
