I have a furnished Basement unit available for rent in my home located in Northwest Atlanta in the quiet Adamsville area. 15 -20 minutes from midtown Atlanta (7 miles) and Smyrna (9 miles). Less than a minute drive from I-285 and I-20. Less than 20 minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Buckhead, Smyrna, Vinnings, southwest Atlanta.

Separate entrance through the garage. 1 bedroom ; one living room and one full bath and bonus space. NO kitchen or laundry. Mini fridge and microwave provided. Ideally suited for a person who does not cook and eats out most of the time. I am a 32 year old female and I own the home. I work from home most of the week and have one small maltipoo dog. No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) allowed on premises, must smoke outside and not in garage. One parking space in driveway on left side.

Must provide at least 1 rental reference upon request and show proof of solid and steady income (2-3 pay statements). Options for 6-9-12 month leases. Preferably single with no children. Utilities included in rent. Must obtain renters insurance. Must pass background check, upon completion of application. Application fee $40. Available October 9th.
