The room has its own heating/AC with remote. 2 full baths (one on each floor). Beautiful kitchen, on site laundry. Front and back porch with great backyard. Garage parking optional, it’s a bit tight, but you can use. Plenty of street parking. Extra storage space in basement!! Open to negotiation on rent if it seems like a good fit. I’m thinking $1200 plus half of electric. I will cover water/internet.
