Wyoming Street

I have a house in Vancouver near Andresen and Mill Plain. Central heat and A/C. I am renting an unfurnished large master bedroom with a private bath. There are three closets but I am using one of them for clothes I rarely use. This is All Bills Paid with the Internet. This is a non-smoking, drug-free home. I am quiet and have an easy-going disposition and I expect you to be the same. Full kitchen and laundry room. Must have references and pass a background check. Looking for a single male or female - no couples. No pets.

I am retired and easy going. I bought my home in 2016 and have enjoyed living here.
