(Furniture in the pictures not in the room.) Private room in a house 15 minutes from NMSU with a walk-in closet. The house is walking distance to a grocery store and <5 minutes from major freeways. You would have your own bathroom (since there will be no other roommates) but it is technically the guest bathroom so others would occasionally use it. You would have access to the entire house including laundry, the garage for parking, the hot tub, and the large backyard. The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the house will be completely furnished. There is a shed in the backyard so you can store any furniture you may have that doesn’t fit in your room. Utilities will be about $100/month. Smoking/vaping is fine as long as it’s outdoors.

You would be rooming with me and my pup. I am an older grad student at NMSU. I am quiet and very clean. I have a very busy schedule so I don’t do a whole lot (any) partying and I mostly keep to myself. 9 times out of 10 you can find me on the couch with a book and a glass of wine or a buried under a mountain of grading. My pup is a medium size boy. He is very calm, quiet, sweet, and cuddly. He loves meeting new people and gets along great with other animals.
