About the roomies

Hello, I’m Harry (M/31) looking for a roommate to rent a room to. I currently have one roommate Anthony (M/30). I work 100% remote and spend most of my time in my office every day of the week. Anthony is usually hanging in his room. We are friendly and simply just looking to fill the room that has been just sitting there. If you are quiet that is fine and if you like to be social that’s fine too. Looking for someone clean and who isn’t afraid to speak up if something needs to get done or if they have an issue with something. The bathroom upstairs is shared. Ideally I’ll put part of your rent money into hiring someone to clean the common areas once a month.
