Attention college students! Are you looking for a private and comfortable place to live during your studies? Look no further! We have a private downstairs room available in a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refinished, giving the house a modern and stylish feel. The downstairs room for rent is equipped with a loft bed with room for a desk, chair, and dresser. You’ll have access to shared spaces including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The house is also equipped with a washer and dryer hookups for our convenience, but we need a washer and dryer. UPDATE I GOT SOME!

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, you’ll have easy access to public transportation and local amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. The house is also conveniently located near Chico State college campus, making it easy to get to class and participate in campus activities.

We’re looking for a responsible and respectful college student to rent the room, and we’re open to both short-term and long-term leases. Utilities such as electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are split between the 2 tenants.
