Room for rent!

I am looking to rent out a room in my gorgeous house. Rent would be $700 per month with split utilities, however internet and streaming servic will be included. Rent includes your own room and bathroom with bath and shower, and secure covered parking with amazing home security system. Location is close to Gravois Park, Tower Grove and Cherokee street. You must also love pets for I have both dogs and cats and this is their home too. Washer and dryer, as well as full access to kitchen and rest of house is also included. I work from home so I am home often so looking for someone who is chill and reliable. Please let me know if you are interested.
