Rare room available in a shared house on the water! Kayak or paddle board out your back door. Room is master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower & toilet) large back yard with large deck, private dock and Bay access. Mature fruit trees, raised gardening bed, large deck, close to miles of beautiful hiking trails and both HWY 101 and HWY 37.

I am a light hearted mature female with a dog. I am not a neat freak but I do keep the place clean. I am not into drama and I am looking for a personable, communicative roommate who loves the water and this house as much as I do. This is a special spot. We don’t have to be best friends but I do need to be able to talk to you once in awhile. I am very respectfull and friendly. Quiet but definitely not a church mouse.
