Harbor Point Boulevard

The area is 8 minutes from the Red Line, 5 minutes from the #8 bus and 10 minutes from UMASS Bostons Campus. All of these are how long it takes to walk. There is also a fitness center and tennis courts. The room is in a 2bed/2bath apartment. The room would be shared with 1 girl. The apartment would be 3 of us in total. There is an ocean view and a small beach within a 12 minute walk. There are also free fitness classes inside and outside on the Harbor side walk way. 24/7 Gated Security with security office across from our building. The room, living room and kitchen are all fully furnished so you won’t need much and there is a lot of closet space. All Utilities are included in the price which means Gas, Water, Electric and WiFi plus total rent is 800$. The room is available for the Summer from May 31st until July 31st with options to lease, sublease and extend the lease. (Would have to find other roommates to replace if you wanted to extend). The room would be shared with another girl. Her name is Hagar and she is from Egypt. She is visiting the US for the first time to work and study. She does not allow non male relatives to sleepover. My name is Tahra and I am a student at UMass Boston. I will be in the other room so I will share the common spaces with you. Both Hagar and I are muslim. We would be open to having non muslim roommates as long as they are respectful of our boundaries. We are both quiet, clean and hard working. I sometimes have girl friends come over for movie nights and sleepovers but it is mostly on weekends.
