Room for rent! Looking for someone to take over my room in this 4B/2Ba house. My 3 roommates will be staying and renewing the lease. I am willing to potentially leave behind my bed/nightstand if you’d prefer the room furnished.

Rent is $900/mo. Utilities will be an additional approx. $100/mo. Deposit is $1000. Credit score and proof of income will be required.

The room is 9’x9.5’ with closet and ceiling fan/light. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with two other roommates. The house is a good size family home with good AC/heat, washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, large family room, garage, and ample street parking. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. Right off the 405, 5 minutes from Bella Terra, 15-20 minutes from the beach.

Rules of the house are pretty common sense. Pay rent on time, clean up after yourself, contribute to house maintenance, be mindful of excessive noise, and be respectful of others’ spaces and things. You’re free to add your own flair to the house, and you can have friends and overnight guests over as long as they’re not shady.
