Kitchen with conventional oven, electric stove top, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Laundry room with modern washer and dryer. Grass backyard with cement patio. Family Room with 75 inch TV and sound bar. Internet access provided, including an Ethernet connection & wireless signal in the Tenant’s room.

While the intent is to keep the same roommate for a while, the lease is month to month to allow for flexibility.

The room is unfurnished, but a spare queen mattress and frame is available if you want to use it.

Rent does include utilities, so cost is the same every month (some utilities bill bi-monthly; with a month to month lease; a fixed rate is simpler to manage). Utilities include Garbage/Recycling/Yard Debris, Water/Sewer, Natural Gas, Electricity, Internet.

I’ll provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. (You use your own laundry detergent, and get your own food). Thus, grand total monthly cost: $1,200

About the Homeowner:
I’m a 49 year old divorced professional who works from home. I’m relatively quiet, and like to keep the place reasonably clean. I’m a nice guy with a good sense of humor. If you’re a cool person, we should get along just fine.

For fun I enjoy following NFL and College Football, NHL and NBA playoffs, and other misc. sports. I like playing video games, and getting a daily dose of exercise.

Family Details:

The vast majority of the time, it’s just me at home without my kids around. I’m a father of two.

My daughter attends college, and when she returns for holidays from school, she lives with her Mother.

My son is 13 years old and lives primarily with his mother. He stays at my house overnight Friday/Saturday nights every other weekend and has his own room.

My son is well mannered and keeps to himself. He’s into playing video games with his friends online. That’s his preferred activity while he’s here. He has his own space in the Den for that, keeping his activity separate from the main family room area.

When it comes to having fun, my philosophy is be cool, safe and responsible: -Consuming alcohol and marijuana is permitted. -Illegal drugs are not allowed.
