The room is in a double-wide trailer and is furnished with a queen bed and an end table. The bathroom is located next to the room but not en suite. There is an curtained window in the bedroom. The home includes an office which may be shared. Living room, kitchen, and laundry room may also be used with some limitation/scheduling. The property is about an acre and is located in a quiet, beautiful semi-rural neighborhood. Inquire for photographs of shared spaces.

I will be the only other person living at the property. I have three inside cats. No other animals will be allowed. I prefer quiet, no loud music, visitors may be allowed but no large groups or parties.
