Kathryn's room

Hey! I’ve got a spare room in my house that is located in Hermitage. Location is minutes to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and groceries.

Front and back yard as well as a 2 car garage and back patio area.

The room has it own entrance and exit to the house. Only downside is a shared bathroom and laundry room is located through the room, but I’m clean and organized so if you are too, we should be good!

32 year old female with 2 kids. My kids and I are gone a lot of the time between sports and work.

I do have 2 dogs and a cat but they are all super sweet. You do not have to tend to them. My parents stop by and let them out as needed.
