Located in the Willow Glen area of San Jose, the apartment is in a friendly, quiet luxury apartment building with all the modern amenities desired. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment (1100 sq ft) with the master bedroom being the room that is available. The master bedroom has a bathroom attached to it. The kitchen is spacious and features a kitchen island and has all the modern appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher included. In-unit washer and dryer available. The living room is spacious and comes with a sofa and TV included to use during your stay. There is also a spacious patio/balcony with a stunning sunset view of the bay area.

I had to move out early, so my room(master bedroom) is available. So you will take my share of the rent while you stay instead of me($1775 each month. I can’t promise but I can try to get you free utilities if you match the description of what we are looking for and act fast). Everything is cleaned out and the room is ready for you to move in immediately.

My roommate still stays in the other room. He is a software engineer and is out to work three days a week. The lease term expires in July end. So you can join our lease as another member until the end of July and renew the lease if you want to stay longer. It will be almost impossible to find another luxury apartment in the bay at our rate. My roommate is friendly and is comfortable keeping to himself if that is what you prefer.
