Private room I’m not home much so you can use the living room and kitchen I want someone to take care of the lawn water and mow there is a basement with two more bedrooms and a living room I like pets but they need to be clean and well mattered no poop or pee n no smelly cat box I don’t mind kids but I’m not looking to rent to a family I don’t have Wi-Fi or cable the kitchen is updated with a new fridge ………,,,,,,…..,,,,.,,,, 💋

I’m not there much so if you are meet and clean you can pretty much have the house to yourself but I come randomly I’m quite and keep to myself
