I am a 34 year old working professional that works mon-fri. I enjoy going to the gym and staying active. In this townhome is me, my mother, and my 10 lb dog. There is a room and bathroom on every floor. Three bedroom, three bathroom. The room offered is on the first floor. The community is very clean and safe. There is a park right in front of those house with a basketball court and grass area. There is a fitness center on site which you would have access too. Very close to the District which has a movie theater, shopping, and restaurants.

Other is my mother who is retired but young at heart. Respectful and helpful as well. Clean, organized, and respectful of boundaries.
