Hello! Our apartment is super cozy and quiet. The complex includes a massive gym, pool and tennis court. We are very close to KSU. Includes a room with shared bathroom with one person, in unit laundry and all appliances. The property is not student housing. There is a mixture of students and families on the Complex.

Our names are Natalie and Piercy and we are both 20 years old. We love cooking/baking, hiking, gardening, and watching Gilmore Girls and New girl. We are both baristas. We keep things very clean and organized. We are looking for a female around our age who is clean, willing to help with chores and has similar interests to us. Pets are up for discussion, but there is an extra pet fee that the apartment requires.
