urrently seeking a roommate for a 3 bedroom house in Denver/Lowry area. The house is 6 minutes to United Airlines training center, 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to various hospitals (National Jewish Health, Rose Medical and Saint Josephs). Looking for a move in date of Aug. 1st but can accommodate a possible earlier move in with a roommate overlap situation. I’m flexible on lease terms depending on your situation. I’d prefer a 6 month transitioning to a month to month unless you’re a pilot/nurse.

About the house: 3 bed, 2 bath, recently renovated backyard. You would get your pick of 2 bedrooms on the south side of the house (both share a bathroom) as well as your own living room (it’s not a separate living space but it can be converted into a front room/living room).You essentially get half the house. I’m only looking to rent ONE of the rooms and I would be your roommate in the 3rd bedroom. The extra room is a furnished guest room. Washer and dryer on-site, and free street parking. Backyard renovations were completed within the last year and includes custom lighting, a gas line fire pit, large patio with ample seating, turf, 2 large raised garden beds, a grill and a pizza oven. .

About you: I’m looking for someone who is pretty chill. We don’t have to be best friends but definitely a plus if we get along. I am 420 and alcohol friendly. I ask that you’re respectful, tidy, do your dishes, pay rent on time.and that there’s zero drama. I don’t mind the occasional guest or gathering as long as your guests are respectful as well. I’m looking for someone with NO pets, you’d have to be willing to do a background and credit check and meet in person at least once before signing a lease.

About me: I’m the homeowner and a 34 year old female who works at National Jewish Health as a teacher for children with chronic illness. I enjoy cooking, drinking wine, snowboarding in the winter and camping and traveling in the summer. I have a 4 year old wolf/malamute/husky/german shepherd named Tito. Most of my week nights are chill (cooking dinner, watching tv, walking the dog and going to bed). I enjoy hosting the occasional backyard party/dinner for certain holidays but not super often.
