I am a 25 year old trans woman who luckily found this place while searching for housing and have been so happy I did ever since! One of our housemates moved out so the room is open and ready for another persons presence. Currently working at Colby Dining center while waiting for an opportunity to put my poli-sci degree to use again. Also live stream on my off time and am learning to play guitar and sing, so it might sound a bit rough for a month or so lol. I have a cat who will be here most likely before you move in. Sadly she does not do well with other animals so she would have to be the only other one living in the house fulltime. My housemates girlfriend also has her dog over sometimes as well, but the door is shut to keep them away from each other.

The communal space is free to use pretty much anytime, with a smart tv and record/cd/cassette/Bluetooth player that you are more than welcome to use!

My roommate and owner of the house is Marguerite, a 50yo queer cis-woman, a former chef & current student in the PTA program at KVCC. She is very kind and accepting/affirming of all identities, and a great person to be around.

There is another person also living here named Joe, though he works overnights so you might not see too much of him, but anytime you do is always pleasant. He’s a very kind person and a great housemate to have.
