This single bedroom is located downstairs and comes with a bed, tv, other furniture, as well as Wi-Fi/Utilities, Bathroom/Kitchen supplies included. This bedroom has a bathroom directly next to it that would be soley yours to use. This bedroom also includes your own garage parking spot. Also has a laundry room upstairs to use. We are very flexible and value your privacy. (No pets or smoking)
Home is located in the Westpark area of West Roseville which is a super safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. There are tons of parks, trails, shopping centers, grocery stores and gas stations within 10 minutes of the home.
About the roomies
As of now there are no other roomies. This is a brand new listing. There are 4 individual bedrooms available so we are hoping to fill them in with other woman.
