Master bedroom available in VERY LARGE 3bd 2ba apartment. End unit upstairs. Comes furnished with queen bed. Large closets, shower only in bath. Apartment has dishwasher and gas stove. Laundry on site. Apartment is 4 blocks from Reagan beach park and also Lakeview commons. This is where all of the beach concerts happen in the summer! Super fun neighborhood. Please call only if you have a full time job out of the house, and are ok with children. Kids live here part time. Utilities included in monthly rent. We have wi/fi, elect, gas, as bills. Would consider adding cable. 1 parking spot off street, very important in winter!!

I am a thirty something health care professional working Monday-Friday 8-5. I work out of town half the week, so the place may seem like your own when I am gone! I also have my 2 kids every other weekend. They have their own room and bathroom. We do usually do our homework and have dinner in the dining area when they are here. Most other times they are not in the common living room, kitchen and dining area.
