Matthew Reda's room

The room is small but has a connected private bathroom. The kitchen appliances are all new about 1 year old. There is central heating and air-conditioning. In unit washer and dryer. There is a nice communal space out back with a bbq and tables. We would share utility and internet costs.

I’m a media analyst that works in NYC a few days a week. I’m a bit of a nerd and keep to myself mostly. I’m happy to share use of my espresso machine if you like coffee.
