Renting out a room *(ROOM WILL BE READY May 1st) in the La Quinta Cove area (South La Quinta) . A stroll away from the Old Town (restaurants coffeehouse ) and a block away from the wellness center (gym) $70.00 a year if you’re a resident. A block away from Starbucks and a grocery store. Brand new home.I do have a dog so you must like animals.

*Sober home and sober / recovery environment. I don’t drink or do any kind of drugs or cannabis. Please be alcohol, drug and cannabis free. **Available FEBRUARY 1st

Low key here. Clean and very organized. I’m social but like a quite calm living area. I don’t do drugs, I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t do cannabis. I like a clean kitchen, clean dishes and a clean restroom.

I’m gay so you must be LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m reserved and very private. Im respectful of others. I am 50. None smoker here 🚭

• You must be LGBTQ friendly and be okay with no alcohol in the house. We also ask that you don’t do drugs or cannabis. Please know this is a sober home.

*Also please make sure you like dogs. My dog is potty trained and is very clean.

***You must be clean and pick up after yourself. Please have good personal hygiene and please be a clean organized adult. Have pride and respect where you live.

*Please be respectful of others things and food. ( The room comes with your own personal refrigerator and a key lock on your door)

****PLEASE BE EMPLOYED AT MINIMUM 40 HOURS A WEEK AND WORK AWAY FROM HOME. PLEASE NO AT HOME HYBRID JOBS. It’s important you leave and go to work daily. I want you to feel at home but I also want you to have a job and work away from home. No in home office .
