Arely's room

This room is located on the second floor of the house. It has a spacious closet with shelves and mirror closet doors, wood floors, and access to the shared bathroom directly from your room. There are no pets and no smoking of any kind. Preferably young females apply, (the bathroom is shared with one other female). We are looking for someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves is respectful, and cleans up after themselves is a must. Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood next to the Santa Rosa Creek Trail and Place to Play Park. The neighborhood includes a pool open during the summer and a large park with a basketball court and BBQ grills. Close to SRJC, Coddingtown Mall, and downtown Santa Rosa. Grocery stores are within walking distance. There’s street parking in Col de sac available, a safe area. Single occupancy only must have a dependable income to make rent payments on time every month. The tenancy is month-to-month only. The room is available now. Deposit upon arrival, the same amount as rent. Background/credit checks.
