Tenant will have first floor master bedroom and master bath. First floor includes washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, dining room, breakfast table, garage, and patio. Owners are moving to Raleigh full time and wish to maintain the two upstairs bedrooms when visiting for holidays and some weekends. Tenant will essentially have 1500 to 1800 sqft of 3000 sqft townhome all to themselves. This rental is more like a large one bedroom apartment than a shared room.

About the roomies
Hi! We are a young, small family. You will mostly have the place to yourself. We are living in Raleigh full time and will be in Charlotte usually around 2 to 4 days a month. And sometimes not at all. We like to think that we are fun, respectful, and polite! Looking for a similar person to share this space with!
