Convenient to downtown, freshly remodeled, you get the master with plenty of closet space and a private bathroom. I’ve done alot to the house, all new paint, vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, sinks, toilets, fans, art, appliances, etc… Excuse the pictures, I’m almost finished :-)

Only me and my cat, I’m a 55 yr old professional male, older, but cool. Come late November I’m going to be traveling for a while. I’m from NOVA, but been here since 2010. I’ll take care of the yard and everything else. Just help me clean. I like to cook, but living alone, it’s normally small batches.
