If this is you, please consider this opportunity. I am a queer 56-year-old female who loves to garden and cook. I am looking for a good person to rent one or all of the three spaces I have available.

$1800 per month includes: The first space, 600sqft, an unfurnished two room suite on the top floor of the house. with a large closet and a landing/hallway. It is newly painted with freshly refinished hardwood floors. It has east and west facing windows with beautiful natural light. It requires the occupant to be comfortable with stairs.

For an additional $1000: The second space, 250sqft, a basement bedroom/living room combo. This is one very large space that includes built in bookshelves and closets for storage. It is fully furnished and could make a great guest room/tv lounge room if rented in combination with the top floor suite. This space also requires the occupant to be comfortable with stairs. For an additional $500: The third space, 250sqft, is a detached rustically beautiful greenhouse with hardwood floors and 360 degree garden views from its many windows. This room makes an excellent office or garden indoor lounge area (unfurnished).

You will have shared use and are invited to enjoy the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom on main floor. There is a laundry facilities downstairs in the open area of the basement, for shared use and once a month we also all enjoy a housekeeper. The garden has many beautiful places for all of us to sit outside and enjoy. There is a large wood burning sauna on the property that can be available for use.

There is no parking on or in front of the house but there is plenty of street parking.

includes all utilities ( electricity, water/sewer, disposal/recycling, wireless, etc) 1 time per month housekeeper included for private and shared spaces.

This property is 1/3 acre and was a farm for 20 years. It has the potential to grow food to support the household. Gardening is not a requirement but there is land if you are interested. This property in its entirety is no drugs or smoking. Limited alcohol.
