Hello, it’s a 2/2 house. With own bathroom. Shared kitchen and livingroom area. Inside laundry. Only the electricity comes separately, everything else is included.

I am a 29 years old international student. I have a dog, named Simba. She is sweet, but I would prefer someone with no dog or cat,just to prevent anything between 2 animals. I am gone most of the day. Home on the weekend. I work a lot so going to sleep early, so I am looking for someone to hang out with sometimes but appreciates each other’s sleep time. Also I am pretty clean(we know how is it with dogs) but trying to keep everything tidy, so prefer the same in the kitchen too. Thank you
