Close to Dunellen Train Station and NJ Transit bus lines 59, 113/114 to NYC. Smoke free, alcohol free and drug free environment. No loud music or parties. Cozy PRIVATE bedroom with TV. Half bathroom down stairs, full shared bathroom and use of kitchen upstairs as well. There is a small refrigerator and microwave downstairs, and use of washer and dryer (once a week). Also includes Private: sitting area, also with a TV. Roomie should I Poly their own streaming device as there is no cable or Direct TV service.

This unit is for a single person ONLY. This is a private home, and CLEANLINESS IS A MUST!!! Minimal visitors and ABSOLUTELY NO OVERNIGHT GUEST welcomed. Length of stay is based on terms established PRIOR to move in. Disruptive or destructive roomie can & will be asked to vacate premises IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. Security deposit does NOT and will NOT substitute rent payments.
