Home resides between Disney Springs and Universal close to I4 and next to Trader Joe’s (Bedding or tv not part of lease). Cat in the house, but the Landlord prefers no more incoming pets. The home does have a washer and dryer and dishwasher. The bedroom furniture is changing next week to a white velvet bed low to ground and side table with a white dresser. The photo will be posted soon. Bedding is not included and must be purchased on your own. The bathroom is the larger shared guest bathroom and will also have both (2) roommates using it. I have my own smaller bathroom. 3 total people would be living in the house. Screened in patio has comfortable furniture for use. The home sits in a caul-de-sac for parking on the street and although the drive way is not long it is steep. House is kept at 75-76 degrees. Must pass a background and credit check - there is an initial non refundable fee for this and to prepare a lease - of $75 payable by sub-tenant. Security deposit and prepaid rent due upon signing. The prepaid rent is equal to one months rent $900 (which applies to “last” months rent of the lease, therefore last months rent on lease is paid in advance) and also a refundable (pending any damages and anything owed) security deposit of $600 totaling $1500. First months rent of $900 (can be prorated pending exact start date) is also due before move in. Utilities (electric, water, gas, spectrum internet) are not included and will be split equally monthly. I am seeking someone for a “one year” lease. Room available immediately!

We are honest, trustworthy, reliable, genuine, and clean and both of us live a simple life and we are seeking someone the same. We do drink but the home must be kept drug / vape free (inside and outside on the property). I am looking to find roommates who are not loud partiers because I do not want other people coming in and out all of the time. I am both introverted and extroverted. Sometimes quiet and I keep to myself and sometimes social. The second roommate is a 23 year old business professional and is a little more introverted.
