Room available in a house with 3 roommates. There is one couple, and one other male who you share the bathroom with. He is rarely home, and very clean and quiet. There are 3 cats, and one small dog, all very friendly. $850 per month includes all utilities and internet. First & last month rent, and 1 month equal to security deposit required to move in. 6-12 month lease. Room is available July 15th. The bed can be left in the room if you want.

Both guys work in the maritime industry, so are frequently gone working on ships for weeks at a time. Female is a paralegal working normal business hours. Age range is 25-33. Roommates are friendly and enjoy socializing; occasionally they have friends over for game nights.
