Hello everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommates lease for my lower in Bayview on August 1st! Rent is $625 a month plus heat + electric and internet. You’ll have your own room plus a living room and kitchen as a common area. We share half of the basement for storage as well as a free washer and dryer. This unit also has a garage with room for 1 car that I don’t currently use. The unit located just off of KK and is surrounded by local businesses as well as easy access to the 15 and the green bus lines.
